1. Who we are

WavesVerteX (legally registered as Waves VerteX Technology L.L.C, also operating as WavesVerteX) is a wireless connectivity and edge infrastructure company. 2. What data we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to operate this site and respond to enquiries:

• Email address — only when you voluntarily submit it through the “Stay Informed” subscription form on our home page, or when you email us directly.
• Technical access data — standard server-log information such as IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp, retained for security, abuse-prevention and aggregated traffic analysis.

We do not currently use behavioural tracking cookies, advertising trackers or cross-site identifiers. If that changes, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent banner will appear before any non-essential cookie is set.

3. Why we collect it — lawful basis

We process your email address on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit the subscription form. We process technical access data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and functional.

4. How we use it

• To send you the product launch and infrastructure updates you subscribed for — nothing else.
• To reply to questions you send us by email.
• To detect abuse, prevent fraud and keep the site online.

5. Who can see it

Your data stays with WavesVerteX. We do not sell, rent, trade or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers strictly necessary to operate the site (for example, email-delivery providers or our web host), under contractual data-protection terms.

6. How long we keep it

Subscription emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted or anonymised.

7. International transfers

Our infrastructure is operated from the United Arab Emirates with selected service providers that may process data in the European Union, the United Kingdom or other jurisdictions. Where data leaves your home jurisdiction we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the contractual clauses required by applicable law.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Have your data deleted
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal)
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

To exercise any of these rights, simply email info@wavesvertex.com from the address you subscribed with, and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Children

This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use industry-standard administrative and technical measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this responsibility seriously and review our controls regularly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve or as required by law. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email.
